Today, while reviewing my memories on Facebook, John 16:33 was the first post to show. It seems appropriate for what we are facing as a world so I've decided to share it for encouragement.
These things I have spoken to you, so that in Me you may have peace. In the world you have tribulation, but take courage; I have overcome the world
We tend to get caught up in the 'world' and what's going on around us that we forget to look inside of us. Look to the Holy Spirit who lives inside of us and let His power provide peace and courage during uncertain times.
I'd like to pray for us all now and hope that you all realize when I say I love you all, I truly do. God has placed a love for all His children in my heart and soul. Even for those I have not met. We are all part of the family of God (as long as we have personal relationship with Christ) and one day we all will be together in Heaven and experience a paradise no one ever has.
Dear Lord my Father,
I lift up all my brothers and sisters in Christ to you today. We are all living in very uncertain times and we have hope that means your return is sooner now than ever. We have lost love ones, though that we would like to see come to know you before you return. I pray that you will use these times to soften the hearts of our loved ones and open their eyes to the reality of You and your existence. Let them experience your love, a love like no other so that they will want to turn to you and come to know you personally as their Lord and Savior.
For my brothers and sisters in Christ, I call on you, Jehovah-Nissi, and ask that you shelter them with your banner of protection like you did the Israelites in the wilderness. Jehovah-Rapha, I call on you and your healing power to heal this world of the Corona virus and especially your children that may be trying to overcome this illness.
I love you dear Lord. There is no other like You and I give praise to You for your continued love, mercy and grace but mostly for You being You.
In Jesus Name,
